The “Mistakes Innovators Make” page is managed by Jeffrey Phillips at OVO Innovation.
The list is meant to capture common mistakes that innovators often commit. The original
twenty or so mistakes were captured in the e-book 20 Mistakes Innovators make. I encourage
you to send in the mistakes you’ve made, why you committed them and what you did to resolve them
so we can build a good compendium of mistakes, to help nascent innovators learn from past mistakes
and avoid creating the same ones over again. Instead, we’ll free them up to create completely new and
novel mistakes, which in some cases could be called “learning”.
